Here’s how to get started REALTORS®, MLS Only, Appraisers:

1. Review 2024 Membership Fees.
2. Download and complete the East Valley Association of REALTORS® application.
3. Print and sign the application form.
4. Obtain a letter in good standing from your past or current board or association (only applies for members transferring from another Association of REALTORS®).
5. Make a copy of your Real Estate license.
6. Make a copy of your California Driver’s License.
7. Ensure that the Department of Real Estate has your new Employing Broker’s Company name on their website.
